As the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, Finning Canada is looking for a Resident Heavy Duty Mechanic to perform repairs and maintenance on CAT equipment. You must have a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification and thrive in a safety-conscious, customer-focused setting while working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on CAT equipment
• Engage with clients and provide product support
• Prepare and submit technical documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with the Service Supervisor
• Use Caterpillar SIS and ET daily for efficiency

Requirements:
• Required Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with CAT machinery repairs
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
• Familiarity with Finning systems like Costwatcher and DBS
• Computer literate and detail-oriented
