In this strategic role at WSP, you will oversee significant power infrastructure projects from inception through completion. Responsible for building high-performing teams, you'll align diverse capabilities to meet project goals efficiently. Your leadership will directly contribute to sustainable energy solutions and community support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct leadership for major infrastructure projects across Canada
• Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies
• Manage project risks, contracts, and stakeholder dynamics




• Ensure high standards in project governance and safety compliance
• Lead project closeout and performance assessments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; P.Eng. preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in power or industrial projects
• Expertise in Renewable Energy or Hydropower
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
