Key Responsibilities:
• Manage geotechnical projects, ensuring quality and safety standards
• Conduct dam safety reviews and risk assessments
• Champion creative engineering approaches within the team
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
Requirements:
• Minimum 20 years in mining or geotechnical engineering
• Proven track record with tailings and waste rock management
• Experience as Engineer of Record and understanding regulations
• Strong strategic and client relationship skills
• Relevant higher education in engineering fields
