In this role, you'll report directly to the Registrar/Executive Director while managing crucial registration processes and regulatory programs. You will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen NSRASLP’s governance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in regulatory decision-making, effective change management, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex cases and manage registration applications
• Develop key regulatory documents including Standards of Practice
• Support the governance and development of Board committees
• Participate in initiatives that modernize regulatory processes
• Represent NSRASLP at provincial and national discussions
Requirements:
• Experience in regulatory decision-making within healthcare
• Robust background in policy development and legislation interpretation
• Proficient in managing projects and governance support initiatives
• Technical expertise with complex databases
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
