Support TURBINE-X’s U.S. financial operations by managing Accounts Payable from Canada. This role emphasizes detail-oriented invoice processing and payment management.

In your role as Accounting Associate, you will ensure timely vendor payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with month-end closures. Collaborating closely with U.S. teams, you'll also handle currency management and account reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor payments in line with established procedures
• Verify payment requests and match with invoices
• Perform AP, vendor, and accounting reconciliations
• Assist in month-end close and related accrual activities
• Maintain accurate invoice and payment documentation

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in AP/AR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Detail-oriented and analytically skilled
