Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to individuals in their communities
• Assist with public transport usage and household tasks




• Encourage relationship building and community involvement
• Facilitate skill development and personal support plans
• Deliver services during flexible hours, including weekends

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or equivalent experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle
• Certification in First Aid/CPR and Food Safe
• Knowledge of communication techniques and support processes
• Experience working with individuals needing developmental assistance
