The AMANI program seeks a dedicated Social Worker to support Black youth ages 12-29 in Windsor. Responsibilities encompass outreach, assessment, and therapy, working within a holistic framework that addresses social determinants of health. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and manage youth casework
• Provide brief therapy and individual/group counseling
• Participate in program development and continuous improvement
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Work within the anti-Black racism framework

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant counseling experience
• Identify as a member of the Black community
• MSW or BSW with advanced training in relevant modalities
• Robust teamwork and communication abilities
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
