Key Responsibilities:
• Guide maintenance staff in achieving operational compliance
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Manage project activities, cost forecasting, and resources

• Mentor team members and develop training plans

Requirements:
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial settings
• Certification in Level 4 Wastewater Treatment is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Familiarity with wastewater systems and regulations
• Proven leadership and strategic problem-solving skills
