This position offers a variety of tasks, from general maintenance to specific repair projects. You'll need to exhibit strong communication abilities while managing ongoing maintenance duties. A detail-oriented mindset is essential as you address repairs and perform inspections across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out regular maintenance including painting and carpentry
• Inspect and repair interior properties and furniture
• Manage minor plumbing tasks and tile repairs
• Engage in ad-hoc duties like mounting shelves and fixtures
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Valid Driver's license with a clean record
• Capability to perform extensive physical labor
• Proficient with various maintenance tools and equipment
• Required proof of immunization and TB test
