Venture offers an exciting prospect for a skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist with at least two years in managed services. You'll work closely with clients to design comprehensive IT strategies and enhance their system functionality. Your problem-solving abilities and proactive nature will play a key role in our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform both remote and on-site tech support
• Design custom network solutions based on client needs
• Progressively track and resolve tech support ticketing
• Maintain effective communication with clients on incidents
• Collaborate with project managers on project deployment

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managed IT services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies like 365 & Azure
• Familiarity with firewalls and routers from major vendors
• Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license for client on-site visits
