In this role, you will ensure the safety of guests and employees while acting as the main point of contact for security incidents during your shift. Ideal candidates possess prior experience in security, specific knowledge of gaming regulations, and a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise security functions during assigned shifts
• Act as the primary point of contact for security issues
• Conduct frontline security duties including response to incidents
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations




• Mentor and guide junior security staff

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma; preference for related post-secondary education
• Valid Smart Serve License and AGCO registration required
• At least one year of experience in security or gaming roles
• Certification in First Aid and CPR mandatory
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
