This full-time role is focused on the development and facilitation of professional learning experiences such as workshops and resource creation. You will work closely with the CDRCP leadership team to ensure that learning initiatives effectively address community priorities. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the coordination and evaluation of learning opportunities
• Align programs with community demands and funder guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership and community members for strategic enhancements




• Conduct program visits to assess learning needs
• Maintain operational standards and compliance for the Resource Library

Requirements:
• Relevant education background in Early Childhood or similar
• 3 years of supervisory experience in childcare
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Must hold a valid G Driver’s License
• Successful Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
