ORInternational Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC).Skin Wellness Associate Nurse (SWAN).Other wound care certifications may be considered.Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.Minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing Registered Nurse ideally in a community setting and/or providing wound/ostomy/continence care to patients (direct care/consultation)We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring process.
