and client feedback.Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.Foster a positive team environment focused on professionalism, reliability, and exceptional service delivery.QualificationsProven experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service roles.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising or training staff.Ability to perform cleaning tasks thoroughly while maintaining attention to detail.Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of all duties.Knowledge of laundry procedures and household organization is preferred.Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor.
