Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver person-centered care in a one-on-one setting
• Execute behavior support plans with precision

• Foster positive relationships with families and care teams
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and insurance
• At least one year of related experience
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Understanding of developmental disabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
