Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong background in plastic injection molding and automation
• Familiarity with quality control standards like IATF 16949
• Proven technical leadership and communication skills
