Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Cat 14M and 16M graders safely
• Use GPS machine controls for precise grading
• Perform fine grading for parking lots and roadways
• Conduct inspections and hazard assessments daily
• Maintain heavy equipment in valuable condition
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of finish grading experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with GPS systems
• Valid driver’s license and successful drug testing
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 and CSTS 2020 certifications
• Ability to read and interpret grading plans
