In this rewarding role at AgeCare, the Health Care Aide will provide essential support to residents under the guidance of a Staff Nurse. You will be involved in personal care, assistance with meals, and facilitating resident mobility, ensuring each individual receives the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with hygiene and daily living activities
• Aid residents during mealtimes and monitor dietary needs
• Utilize proper techniques for resident transfers
• Implement routine care and treatments as directed
• Accompany residents to social and therapeutic events

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant care experience preferred
• Completion of a recognized HCA Certificate Course
• Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides
• Fluent in English communication skills
• Related education is considered an asset
