Drive impactful changes in construction at Aecon as a Lean Practices Coordinator. This role is centered on supporting continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing project workflows.
In this energetic role, you'll help implement lean practices and assist with the Last Planner System across a range of infrastructure projects. You'll be involved in problem-solving workshops and tracking the progress of improvement initiatives. Your ability to manage tasks effectively in a team setting will be critical to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of lean methodologies across projects
• Assist in planning and facilitating workshops and LPS
• Coordinate activities around continuous improvement initiatives
• Track completion of actions with initiative owners
• Document learning experiences for future projects
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business preferred
• 1-3 years in Continuous Improvement or related fields
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is desirable
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting
• Valid Driver's License
