Join our team as a part-time Direct Support Skilled, providing essential care in Adult Supported Group Living Services. This role requires up to 70 hours bi-weekly, focusing on personalized resident support.

We are looking for passionate Direct Support Professionals to help those with complex needs. Your hands-on experience with Behaviour Support Plans will be invaluable in this position, which offers flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Commitment to ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with contextual work explanation under Team Lead’s guidance
• Support residents in budget planning and financial tasks
• Collaborate on the development of Individual Support Plans




• Facilitate medication management and reconciliation weekly
• Ensure homes are compliant through regular inspections

Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent; 2-year diploma preferred
• Experience in social services or developmental disabilities
• Police clearance with vulnerable sector check
• Valid G driver’s license required
• Proven experience with Behaviour Support Plans (BSP)
