Work as a Team Leader at DDRC, where you will guide a team in providing essential care and support for clients. This role requires experience in leadership and a commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients receive appropriate care and are thriving in integrated living situations. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including families and service agencies. Leadership skills and the ability to effectively handle crises are necessary to uphold the agency's mission of inclusion and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Client and ILP caseloads for compliance
• Educate team members on DDRC policies and standards
• Assist clients with crucial medical and support services




• Liaise with families on quarterly basis to discuss services
• Ensure timely incident reporting and compliance with protocols

Requirements:
• Three years of experience in a leadership role
• Relevant post-secondary education in Social Work or similar
• Knowledge of community mental health resources
• Solid skills in conflict resolution and relationship building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
