In this position, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Community Engagement and support community safety initiatives in East Village and Calgary's vibrant entertainment districts. With a knack for detail and a proactive attitude, you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance public safety while addressing community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to community safety and outreach concerns promptly
• Track and manage responses through the EV Safe and Clean app
• Analyze and report on safety-related data trends




• Facilitate outreach and coordination with safety partners
• Participate in site walks evaluating community safety

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in community engagement or safety
• Experience with emergency response protocols is beneficial
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in data analysis tools
• Understanding of urban dynamics and community interactions
