Candidates should be prepared for travel across multiple sites while providing vital services to both children and adults. Our department also emphasizes education, encouraging orthoptist involvement in teaching and practice-based learning, alongside research opportunities. Your contributions will directly enhance the support we offer to our patients and local community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle orthoptic caseloads for diverse patient demographics
• Work autonomously while partnering with medical teams




• Execute visual screening for a significant pediatric population
• Participate in trainings and educational programs
• Engage in department-based research initiatives

Requirements:
• Hold a diploma/degree in Orthoptics
• Must be registered with the Health Professions Council
• Experience in independent practice required
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK
• Must join the PVG Scheme prior to employment
