We are seeking an adept Plant Manager to oversee our coffee manufacturing facility in Richmond, BC. Emphasize safety, quality, and performance to meet operational expectations.

This essential role focuses on leading manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance operations in the coffee industry. You will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in manufacturing operations and a passion for developing people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety and food quality compliance in operations
• Manage operational performance and product delivery
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
• Develop team capabilities and succession planning




• Enhance equipment performance and maintenance strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of manufacturing experience, 5 years in management
• Proven leadership skills in a food manufacturing setting
• Robust familiarity with OHS, HACCP, SQF standards
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
