We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to oversee safety and deliver fitness instruction at our recreation center. This role combines supervision with the management of aquatic activities in a vibrant setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and hold the essential certifications: National Lifeguard Service, First Aid, and Aqua Fitness Instructor. You will supervise a small team, schedule activities, and ensure safety procedures are adequately followed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and supervise aquatic activities
• Maintain safety logs and incident reports
• Train and mentor junior staff members
• Organize recreational events and programs
• Monitor compliance with health standards

Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate is necessary
• 3-5 years lifeguard experience required
• Valid Aqua Fitness Instructor Certificate
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Criminal record and driving checks mandatory
