Position: Terraform / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – Azure, Kubernetes & IaC

We are seeking a Terraform / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Python. The role will focus on designing, deploying, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud-native technologies.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Databricks and Snowflake and an understanding of cloud data engineering concepts and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Management

- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform network troubleshooting and diagnose complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Implement cloud infrastructure following security, reliability, scalability, and operational best practices.

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Create reusable, scalable, and maintainable Terraform configurations and modules.
- Troubleshoot Terraform configurations, deployment failures, and infrastructure provisioning issues.
- Optimize infrastructure definitions for reliability, maintainability, and efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Python and scripting.

Containerization & Orchestration

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.




- Support Kubernetes-based workloads across cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot container, cluster, networking, and deployment-related issues.
- Apply cloud-native and Kubernetes best practices for application deployment and infrastructure management.

CI/CD & DevOps

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated infrastructure and application deployments.
- Integrate Terraform and infrastructure provisioning into CI/CD workflows.
- Support automated build, deployment, validation, and release processes.
- Promote DevOps automation and continuous delivery practices.

Data Platform Support

- Work with modern cloud data platforms including Databricks and Snowflake.
- Support data workflows and infrastructure requirements for cloud data engineering environments.
- Demonstrate understanding of query federation and fundamental data engineering concepts.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to support scalable cloud data platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and scripting/automation.
- Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
- Understanding of query federation and cloud data engineering concepts.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
