Role: Test Lead – Payments

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with strong Payments domain expertise and hands-on test automation skills. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance activities, support testing strategy and execution, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure high-quality payment solutions.

Key Requirements

· 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing.

· 4+ years of experience in Payments, including exposure to Interac Compliance, Real-Time Rail (RTR), and Wires.

· Strong hands-on experience in Test Automation across API and UI testing, with the ability to write and maintain automation code.

· Experience in creating and leading Test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.

· Exposure to Non-Functional Testing (NFR), including accessibility, performance, reliability, and security testing.

· Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

· Knowledge of modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.

· Financial services or banking industry experience is an asset.
