Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to align project goals with owner expectations, adhering to contract specifications and upholding the highest standards.What you will be doingProvide overall leadership for bridges and structural work on the projectLead pre-construction and construction work related to structures work in collaboration with design team lead and client team lead for structuresChair regular working group meetings and coordinate matters related to budget, schedule, design progress, permitting, construction planning, subcontract procurement in the pre-construction phaseDemonstrate leadership in health and safety in the pre-construction, planning, and execution phaseEnsure the work related to structures is planned and executed in a manner consistent with contract requirements and client expectationsEstablish financial and schedule goals for the structures disciplineLead a culture of accountability in fulfilling commitmentsEstablish the process for tracking and reporting progress on various issues and aspects of the structure's work in the pre-construction and construction phases.Lead the development of construction plan,
