Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mental health initiatives for crisis response
• Develop plans for emergency preparedness and recovery
• Collaborate with community leaders and FNHA teams
• Ensure culturally responsive services for communities
• Enhance community capacity for health and wellness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related health or social field
• 3-5 years of experience in mental health services
• Current registration with a relevant Skilled Body preferred
• Background in Indigenous or rural health contexts
• Knowledge of harm reduction and wellness practices
