As an Implementation Consultant, your expertise in retail operations and strong communication skills will guide clients through every stage of the implementation process. You will work closely with stakeholders to align their business needs with Upshop's cutting-edge solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and high user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discovery sessions to gather client requirements
• Configure Upshop applications to meet customer specifications
• Assist in data onboarding and integration with various systems




• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively
• Support user training and change management processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in implementation, consulting, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
