In this pivotal role, you will ensure that RCHS delivers effective and high-quality service while steering strategic operations. Your experience in leadership will facilitate teamwork and collaboration, addressing client needs in Leeds, Grenville, and Lanark counties. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will cultivate partnerships that enhance community health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service integration and quality improvement programs
• Oversee strategic planning and operational oversight
• Advocate for enhanced Primary Care Services




• Develop team-oriented partnerships and outreach initiatives
• Support interdisciplinary team leadership and effectiveness

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Demonstrated leadership background in health services
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
• Familiarity with healthcare funding and data needs
• Availability for flexible working hours as needed
