Lead the charge on AI innovations at Vena as a Product Manager, focusing on enhancing financial productivity for clients. This role allows for remote work options throughout Canada.

As part of Vena's AI Product Team, you’ll play a crucial role in refining and expanding our groundbreaking AI-powered FP&A; platform, Vena Copilot. Collaborating with software developers and stakeholders, you'll help shape product features and ensure they meet user needs. Your insights will guide roadmap development, while your communication skills will bridge gaps between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate an extensive AI Product strategy and roadmap
• Ensure alignment between product initiatives and business goals
• Create and manage requirements for scrum teams




• Develop prototypes to identify effective solutions
• Facilitate user feedback and interaction with engineering

Requirements:
• 2+ years in product management or technical roles
• Proven experience in launching AI products
• Background in CPM, FP&A;, or Fintech advantageous
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach
• Knowledge of Agile and SaaS environments
