Elevate warehouse operations as a Warehouse Management Systems & Integration Specialist within a prestigious logistics organization. This role is critical in enhancing systems integration and overall efficiency.

Working closely with departments such as IT, Operations, and Finance, you will support system optimizations, troubleshoot issues, and share knowledge about current features. You will guide clients through onboarding processes while ensuring systematic improvements and timely project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance WMS, ERP, and TMS functionalities
• Lead new client system integrations and projects
• Coordinate various integrations including EDI and API




• Troubleshoot system discrepancies and operational challenges
• Provide comprehensive training on new systems

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management systems
• Solid understanding of transportation and 3PL operations
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with EDI integrations
• Comprehend XML and X12 formats
• Solid project management and problem-solving abilities
