We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures while maintaining our gondola lift and other facilities. You'll handle preventative maintenance, inspections, and support your team across operations. Your role directly impacts the unforgettable experiences we offer to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures ensuring a healthy environment
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly lift and building inspections
• Maintain operational standards of gondola lifts per CSA Z98-19




• Manage tasks through a computerized maintenance system
• Foster positive guest interactions across all areas of operations

Requirements:
• Journeyman millwright or equivalent certification
• Experience in electrical knowledge and lift maintenance
• Familiarity with building maintenance or construction environments
• Ability to lift over 50lbs and work safely at heights
• Excellent customer service orientation and skills
