Step into a vital role as a part-time Medical Coordinator with Vancouver Coastal Health, providing clinical leadership in primary care. Drive exceptional health services in the Vancouver community while working alongside a dedicated team.

This Medical Coordinator position requests qualified Family Physicians or Nurse Practitioners to guide clinical teams. Reporting to the Medical Director for Primary Care, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and other clinic leaders. Alongside your leadership duties, expect to also deliver direct clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership for primary care teams
• Collaborate with operational teams for effective care delivery
• Deliver direct clinical services alongside leadership duties




• Support ongoing learning and professional development initiatives
• Engage in various Vancouver Community Primary Care clinics

Requirements:
• Medical Degree or Nurse Practitioner licensure in BC
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare settings
• Solid track-record in clinical practice
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to work in various clinic locations
