You will collaborate closely with teachers, implementing and adapting programs for students with complex needs. Your role emphasizes promoting health, learning, and personal growth in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students as per individualized care and support plans
• Reinforce strategies provided by teachers for effective learning
• Document behaviors and data to enhance support strategies




• Engage in cooperative planning for student development
• Prepare learning materials under teacher’s guidance

Requirements:
• Educational Assistant Certificate or similar qualification
• Willingness to obtain training in behavior management
• At least one year of experience with challenging student behavior
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Capacity to maintain calm in high-pressure situations
