Position Overview
Remote Work-at-Home. MCI is a leading technology-enabled business services company that delivers Customer Experience, Business Process Outsourcing, and cloud technology solutions across diverse industries. We are hiring Contact Center Agents to support inbound customer service, sales, help desk, and back‑office operations for iconic brands. In this role you will provide expert assistance, build customer relationships, and contribute to a globally expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions.

Understand customer needs and resolve issues with care and accuracy.

Identify sales opportunities and apply persuasive skills to upsell or upgrade services.

Use internal systems to manage accounts and process customer requests.

Clearly explain products, services, and procedures to customers.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.

Ensure first‑call resolution through effective communication and problem‑solving.

Candidate Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer follow‑up.

A customer‑first mindset: empathetic, patient, and responsive.

Ability to multi‑task, stay organized, and work independently.

Thrives in a rapid‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.





Must submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offer contingent on results.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasional movement around the office, reaching, lifting, and exerting force up to forty (40) pounds is required.
