Located at the Laurier Brantford YMCA, this position requires a passionate individual to oversee AquaFit classes, ensuring a high standard of service and participant satisfaction. You’ll engage with members, implement program initiatives, and maintain a secure environment. Your role can include various shifts and contributes directly to the health of the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and instruct fun and effective AquaFit sessions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with YMCA members
• Ensure equipment is set up and cleaned post-usage




• Create targeted fitness programming as needed
• Enforce safety policies during all classes

Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certifications
• Relevant Group Fitness Certifications such as AquaFit
• Teaching experience in group fitness is preferred
• Post-secondary education in health or fitness-related field
• Comfort in teaching diverse fitness formats with small equipment
