We aim to find an organized and reliable person who enjoys working with seniors and possesses a detail-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for greeting patients, confirming appointments, maintaining their files, and providing support with basic hearing aid tasks. Comprehensive training will be offered to equip you with the necessary skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients with a warm, qualified service
• Schedule patient appointments and confirm them effectively
• Keep patient files organized and confidential
• Carry out payment processing accurately
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of hearing aids
