Support urban families as a Family Support Worker with PALS, focusing on intensive in-home services and family well-being. Build stronger family dynamics with individualized support plans.

PALS is in search of a dedicated Family Support Worker to aid families at risk of engaging with the child welfare system. This full-time role involves assessing family needs, offering interventions, and guiding clients through community resources. You will play a crucial role in addressing challenges such as addictions and family violence, ensuring child safety and family unity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential support services to vulnerable families
• Gather comprehensive client information through interviews
• Develop personalized plans addressing family challenges




• Conduct educational sessions on family health topics
• Report progress and maintain updated client statistics

Requirements:
• Degree in social work or related discipline with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of community support programs essential
• Productive in Microsoft Office applications
• Current certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license is required
