Their primary responsibilities include ice resurfacing and edging (operating the Ice Resurfacer), janitorial work and general maintenance of facility.ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance tasks in accordance with local building and fire codesResponsible for Ice Maintenance tasks includingIce Resurfacer operationIce chopping/spuddingLevelling the IceIce PaintingDasher Board system repairArena Glass replacementExecute maintenance and repair of facility fixtures and componentsJanitorial duties as assigned. These may include janitorial checklists, vacuuming, auto scrubbing, waxing and buffing in line with established floor care proceduresEnsure that entrances, grounds, and parking lot are kept clean, clear and safe including:Property & grounds cleanupGrass cutting and edgingSeasonal snow and debris removalPerform minor maintenance on facility and ice maintenance equipment including:Ice Resurfacer safety check, clean and waxSafe blade changes and grease machine as neededMaintain appropriate checklists,
