Step into a pivotal role at the Prince Albert Grand Council as an Administrative Assistant, where you will support critical office operations and recruitment efforts. This position focuses on record management, scheduling, and administrative tasks that uphold organizational efficiency.
You’ll work closely with the Directors of Human Resources, Finance, and the Executive team, performing a range of administrative duties. Key responsibilities include coordinating meeting schedules, handling correspondence, and aiding in the recruitment selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and organize office correspondence and files
• Provide administrative support to various office departments
• Assist recruitment activities by preparing materials
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
• Manage confidential employee and financial information
Requirements:
• Office Administration certificate or 3-4 years of experience
• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
• Proficient in standard office software
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with care
