As part of the Claims Response Centre, you will be engaged in managing client claims through professional interactions and innovative approaches. You’ll work toward exceeding client expectations while collaborating to enhance overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate auto claims and assess all relevant information
• Apply appropriate policy coverages for each claim
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate recoveries




• Communicate proactively with clients throughout the process
• Deliver results-driven service in all client interactions

Requirements:
• Experience in a client service or insurance role
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Technologically adept with proficient computer usage
• Passion for continuous improvement in service excellence
• Aiming for Chartered Insurance Professional designation
