This position focuses on maintaining a quality setting for training at the 4th Canadian Division Training Centre. You’ll work under the guidance of the Roads and Grounds Supervisor while ensuring safety and efficiency in equipment operation and grounds upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain diverse grounds equipment safely
• Clean and service fleet, ensuring operational efficiency
• Maintain roads, grounds, and training areas effectively
• Execute pest control and manage flood prevention
• Perform essential carpentry and concrete tasks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Valid DZ-Class Driver License
• 2 years’ experience with grounds maintenance equipment
• Clean driving record
• Must secure a Government of Canada Security Clearance
