Key Responsibilities:
• Manage an existing book of business while addressing client needs
• Review commercial insurance documents and provide processing instructions
• Prepare applications and issue certificates for current business




• Collaborate with insurers and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Follow up on claims and maintain communication with adjusters

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant insurance experience preferred
• Customer service experience of two years or more
• AIC Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Competency in MS Office Suite and EPIC software
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
