Join Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland as a Manager of 1:1 Mentoring Programs. This position, based in Vancouver, focuses on program oversight, team leadership, and community engagement.
In this full time role, you will manage critical mentoring programs that support youth development. Lead a dedicated team to ensure effective service delivery and develop impactful community partnerships. Your expertise will help enhance program visibility and participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure program alignment with agency goals and funder requirements
• Conduct program evaluations and improve services
• Mentor staff and foster a collaborative team culture
• Manage volunteer screening and training processes
• Engage with community organizations for outreach
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• 5-7 years in children/youth program management
• 3+ years in staff leadership and supervision
• Experience with community engagement and evaluation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
