In this role, reporting to the Supplier Quality Supervisor, you'll lead the implementation of supplier development strategies. Your expertise in continuous improvement and quality systems will be essential for optimizing supplier performance metrics. Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to support supplier audits and project management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop KPI reporting metrics aligned with business targets
• Manage product audits to prevent process failures
• Conduct critical parts risk analyses and mitigation strategies




• Evaluate new suppliers and maintain existing supplier records
• Assist suppliers in achieving RCCA project timelines

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in product sourcing and quality
• Robust knowledge of machining process improvements
• Engineering degree is preferred
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Current Canadian work authorization is required
