In this role based in Victoria, British Columbia, you will provide essential support to girls aged 12-18, ensuring their social and emotional needs are recognized. As a trusted mentor and guide, you will facilitate academic success and personal growth, while collaborating closely with staff and parents to maintain a secure and engaging environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the overall well-being of boarding students
• Lead evening study preparation sessions
• Mentor small advisory groups
• Organize extracurricular activities on campus
• Enforce discipline and expectations as needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in education or youth care
• Certificate in related field preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certification mandatory
• Evening and weekend availability essential
• Successful criminal record check clearance required
