Join Fort McKay Group of Companies as a Dozer Operator at the Syncrude MLX Site, located north of Fort McMurray. Ensure project goals are met through safe and productive dozer operations.

Reporting to the Project Team Lead, this role demands proficient dozer operation and maintenance within a safety-sensitive environment. Responsibilities include performing inspections, grading, and terrain modification to support project objectives. The position requires effective collaboration with team members and strict adherence to all safety policies for a secure workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dozer for grading, levelling, and pushing tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs




• Follow safety protocols and wear necessary PPE
• Support Labourers and perform additional tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma or GED necessary
• Valid class 5 driver’s license is required
• 3+ years of relevant dozer operation experience preferred
• Certification in CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
