Their diverse client portfolio spans industries including manufacturing, healthcare, oil and gas, hospitality, restaurants, professional services, and investment holding companies.Role Overview:The successful candidate will play a key role within our Controllership Services team, providing bookkeeping and QuickBooks support to clients. This position involves working closely with clients and internal team members to offer guidance, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth bookkeeping processes. Strong relationship-building skills and a dedicated work ethic are essential.Hybrid roleFirst 3 months fully in-office for onboardingAfter onboarding: 1–3 days in-officeStandard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)Busy season (Feb–Apr): ~10 additional hours/weekOvertime is banked and taken as time off in quieter periodsOffice closed between Christmas and New YearDuring peak periods (Feb–April),
additional hours may be required; however, overtimeis recognized and banked for time off in quieter periods, including summer flexibility.
